Fresh Homemade Salsa


We have been blessed with enough garden produce to make our own fresh salsa this summer.


Ingredients

3-4 medium-sized fresh tomatoes skins removed

1 small  onion 

1/2 green pepper

1 cucumber peeled

1/4 cup cilantro

1-2 jalapeno chile (omit if you wish)

Juice of 2 limes

Salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.













Method

I put tomatoes, pepper, onion, cucumber, jalapeno chile, cilantro,  in the food processor.

Pulse ingredients a few times. 

( If you don't have a food processor, you can finely dice by hand.)

 Place in any glass container. I use jars.

Cover and refrigerate.

Serve with chips
