Fried Green Tomatoes

I have a  veggie garden and unlike my mom's garden, the squirrels are not eating my tomatoes. I pulled these tomatoes early along with some other veggies.



My mom is pickling cucumbers, while I make fried green tomatoes.
For Fried Green Tomatoes I wil use, 

3/4 cup flour
4 eggs beaten
1 and 3/4 cups Panko 
salt or parmesean cheese 
sliced green tomatoes 
small chunk salted butter and some vegetable oil
Place flour, eggs  and Panko in seperate bowls.Dip firm sliced green tomatoes in flour, then eggs and then coat with Panko.Fry tomatoes for 3 -4 minutes in skillet with hot oil/ butter chunk so each side lightly browns.
Remove tomatoes from pan and transfer to wire rack to cool
Sprinkle the tops with salt or parmesean cheese.
