Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 stick salted butter, softened
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. pure vanilla
2 c. cake flour velvet
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 package white chocolate chips
1/2 package dried cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, mix together the butter and sugars. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and add to butter mixture. Mix well. Lay the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries on top of dough mixture and stir in with spoon.
Form a ball and let set in refrigerator to cool.
Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet lines with parchment paper.
Bake in over preheated at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes
