Easy Vegetable Soup










1  can  beef ( 28 oz)

1/2 stock pot water

2 large onions diced

1/2 bag of celery stalks, chopped

1/3 bag carrots, cut into rounds

3 large Idaho potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch pieces

1 can tomato soup

salt and pepper ( to taste)

coriander  pinch

turmeric  pinch






Instructions;


In a medium size stock pot add  meat to water and bring to boil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 hours, skimming the top of the water occasionally.
