Homemade Noodles






Ingredients:

2 and 3/4  cups cake flour velvet


4 egg yolks


pinch salt


1/4 cup canola oil


Directions:

 



Place the cake flour, egg yolks and salt in mixer to combine. With the machine running, gradually add the oil  and water until the mixture forms a dough. If dough is to dry add extra water.

Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until the dough is smooth, 7  minutes.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.



Cut the dough into quarters and place each pasta dough several times through a pasta-rolling machine, until the pasta is about 1/8 inch thick. You can make it thinner if you wish. Then cut the pasta into the desired shape and use as needed.
