Quick Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Ingredients:
1/2 bag chocolate chips
1/2 container of peanuts with sea salt
In a measuring cup microwave chocolate chips until melted and smooth. (These melt quickly so watch closely.)
When melted pour over peanuts. You can completely coat or leave some of the peanut exposed.
When coated, refrigerate until firm and then break. Around here we forage walnuts and hickory nuts. These can also be coated with chocolate.
