A beautiful snowy day

It's a cool 16 degrees and we have had our first snowfall of the new year.

The lawn in covered in snow as is our garden.

There is a light drifting and our two small ponds are completely covered. 

Icicles hang from the birdbaths and statues and I  can see off in a distance the snow is softly falling on the roof of the playhouse and..

the old wheelbarrow that sets behind the shed has its wheels partially buried in the fluffy white stuff.

It is a beautiful snowy day!
