Spring

The Hosta and Lily beds are all leafed out and perennial flowers are blooming. We've put in a few roses where the birdbath was and put a few climbers along the back porch. We relocated the birdbath to over in front of our Magnolia and we have moved a few of the statues around.

I was thankful to get a few photos while the Peony and Iris were blooming.

Storms in our area brought the blooms down

but not before I saw our newest peony bloom.

The robins returned again this year to nest in the same location as last year- along the back porch spouting and it's good to see the young Robins flying around. The sparrows nested again in the forsythia and the Cardinals behind the house in the neighbor's tree.

I've harvested a bucket full of these onions. I cut and froze them to use at a later date.

This week we had a few dry days so we tilled and planted another veggie patch which we will be expanding. Buddy came over to check out my progress.
