Winter Snow
During the winter months, I like to spend time along the lake watching the waterfowl.
This is more or less a view around here. I've been inside reading through some garden books and leafing through some seed catalogs, making plans for spring planting.
This is the time of year I generally fill the bird feeders and stay inside gazing out the window at the passing cars.
It's also the time of year I go through my seed packets and make plans for new rows and beds.
Dimension is added to my winter landscape as I avoided deadheading some of my plants like the bee balm shown here.
Occasionally, I go outside to observe nature hoping soon it will warm so I can start forcing bulbs.
