Gingerbread Maple Bundt Cake
Today, we had a sweet tooth. So, I threw some ginger and cinnamon spices in with some flour, soda, and eggs and added walnuts, raisins, and a splash of maple syrup, stirred it together, and spooned it in a bundt cake pan. Thirty minutes later I took it out of the 350-degree oven and placed it on this plate and topped it with a maple glazing. When served up, we spooned on cool whip topped with fresh blueberries.
