Fair Friends Fair Nights

 

We started with a delicious meal at the Farm Bureau, always a treat, then made our way over to the Commercial Building, where we picked up some fresh pecans (a must every year). The Farm Bureau happens to be near the barns, so of course, I had to stop and say hello to these goats.

Just as we were passing by, we caught the tail end of the Whiz Bang Science Show and what a surprise that turned out to be! 

From there, we wandered into the EMR building and had a great chat with Jack Snyder and his wife at the Amateur Radio Club booth. It’s always nice to connect with folks who are passionate about what they do.

We ended our evening under the Gospel tent, listening to music that lifted our spirits and wrapped up the night perfectly.

There’s just something special about fair nights filled with good food, friendly faces, and memories you carry with you.
